EUIPO Trade Mark Attorney to work in our office in Alicante, Spain
We are looking for a qualified Trade Mark Attorney, ideally with 2-3 years’ post qualification experience, who is qualified to act before the EUIPO and will be so post-Brexit. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, motivation to work to deadlines, an enthusiasm for IP work, and the ability to communicate confidently in both oral and written English.
You will work with our trade mark partners for the firm’s wide variety of interesting and prestigious clients ranging from sole traders to billion pound multinationals, in fields as diverse as telecommunications, publishing, TV production, medical devices, fashion, household appliances, haircare, financial services and retail.
