Kashif joined Beck Greener in 2013, qualifying as a Registered Trade Mark Attorney in 2015.

Kashif prepares, files and prosecutes UK, EU and International trade mark applications. He also has experience of handling opposition, revocation and invalidity actions before the UK Intellectual Property Office and EUIPO, and advises on all aspects of trade mark law.

Kashif joined the firm following completion of a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property at UCL, in which he achieved a Distinction. During the course he covered all the main areas of the subject including trade marks, patents, copyright and designs. He also represented his university at the annual Oxford International Intellectual Property Moot Competition.
