For example, we offer part-time partnership and are flexible wherever possible regarding normal working hours for staff. We also offer an extra half-day paid leave to help the staff with their shopping in the run up to Christmas.
We are, in addition, a very sociable firm. We usually put on a couple of firm-wide social events every month and are regular participants in sports and social events organised by CIPA and ITMA.
The health and well-being of our people is very important to us. For example, we offer free eye checks and flu vaccinations to all staff members, and will subsidise the purchase of spectacles required for working at a computer.
We encourage and facilitate the personal development of our staff. We have a very successful mentoring program for our fee-earning trainees to help them prepare for their examinations. We also support non-fee-earning staff in achieving further academic qualifications.
